'Swinkly Cottage' is fully centrally heated via Economy 7 radiators and has constant hot water. All fuel for the open fire, heating and hot water as well as all bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the rent.

Facilities at 'Swinkly Cottage' include; electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, iron&ironing board, Colour Tv, Video, stereo/CD Player, hair dryer, cot, high chair, babygate and garden furniture.

The Ground Floor has a spacious sitting/dining room with a real coal fire and comfy sofas making it an ideal place to relax at the end of a busy day or enjoy a meal with the family... The ground floor also has a small 'quiet' area with feature stone fire and chimney breast, a perfect space to curl up with a good book. A fully fitted kitchen and outside utility room/boot store completes the ground floor accommodation.

The cottage has one large double room to the front and a spacious twin room to the rear. A fifth (2" 6 bed) is available that would suit a child or small adult and can be used in any room.

At the bottom of the garden there is free private parking for 2 cars.

'Swinkly Cottage' is a NO SMOKING cottage, sorry we do not accept pets.
