'Swinkly Cottage' is of very high standard with cleanliness guaranteed. Lots of 'extras' give 'Swinkly Cottage' a homely, cosy feel. All bed linen & towels, electricity (via economy 7 radiators) and coal for the open fire are included in the rent.
At the bottom of the garden there is free private parking for 2 cars.
'Swinkly Cottage' is a NO SMOKING cottage, we do not accept pets.

Facilities at 'Swinkly Cottage' include; electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, iron&ironing board, Colour Tv, Video, stereo/CD Player, hair dryer, cot, high chair, babygate and garden furniture.
A warm welcome awaits you at 'Swinkly Cottage'. The Ground Floor has a spacious sitting/dining room with a real coal fire and comfy sofas making it an ideal place to relax at the end of a busy day or enjoy a meal with the family... The ground floor also has a small 'quiet' area with feature stone fire and chimney breast, a perfect space to curl up with a good book.

'Swinkly Cottage' has a well equipped fitted kitchen with all modern appliances as well as a cloakroom and utility/boots store complete with Washing Machine...

The accommodation sleeps 4/5 people in two spacious rooms, one double and one twin.(a 2'6" bed is available for a 5th guest) There is also a comfortable bathroom with a bath and shower.

.To the front of the property there is a garden with a lawn and patio area which has magnificent views over the valley.
